Bio

 Gary Pinkston is a proud native born Texan. He has been writing and singing for over 38 years beginning when he was a young sailor in the U.S. Navy and would play and sing in bars in the Philippines on his way to and from Viet Nam.  Always a passionate hobby, after a lengthy career in law enforcement he retired in 2003, and began working on his music full time. He is a member of the Fort Worth Songwriters Association where he has been a showcase performer and has garnered several songwriting awards. He plays guitar and sings for "Comanche Creek" a local band that is currently in the house band rotation for Billy Bob's Texas and is a VP of Country Music for Winners Circle Country Music Publishing.  He has had some commercial success with a few independent cuts to his credit.
